This restaurant is driven by a deep personal commitment to honor the owner's mother and grandmother—the women who began the legacy of service, gathering and hospitality. Chez Aviole is the restaurant the owner's mother was meant to open.
The Inequity
The brand is built on the understanding that often, the Black women who build up success (like single mothers and grandmothers) do not get to see the fruit of their labor. Chez Aviole exists to ensure their names, work, and spirit remain relevant and celebrated.

Chez Aviole is a monument to these foundational women, designed to be a thriving, successful space that allows their legacy to live on and be seen by the community they inspired.
